I have been going through US BAnk, will they be able to help me out or will I need to go to a specific bank that has this program?

    Most banks will support the program, some will not. Always ask the mortgage professional you are comfortable working with and have a history. They will be able to tell you if they can write the loan or give a recommendation who may be able to.
