wife and i were way under water on our home and cafford payments after her job loss so we gave house back to the bank (chase). We gave it back early and didnt try to stay longer or steal anything. We have been renting an apartment since and have not missed any rent payments or car payments since. Would we qualify for this loan to buy a new house now that we both work?
